Bring Forth the Witnesses

The second half of Eris's Ceremony of Chaos, cast immediately after Bear Witness. Every frozen witness on the floor rockets into the air like the rapture and is dumped into one enormous pile beside the Dream castle, friend and foe mixed together. The level-20 cast triggers a magical backlash that blocks all long-range teleport spells for the next hour and accidentally makes the indestructible feral god Meatus invulnerable too. Roughly 80,000 mortals end up in the heap; Meatus himself is only swept into the pile later, when Donut's Rolling Battle Formation rolls over him and Eris.
