Bear Witness
eris · freezes mortals as witnesses
The first half of the goddess Eris's Ceremony of Chaos, panic-cast across nearly the entire ninth floor. It affects only those outside structures, freezing them in place with white eyes and a Witness marker while granting them invulnerability for the duration. Carl's level-16 Mind Balance negates it; former tattoos, sluggalos, pets, and a handful of others are likewise spared. Eris can keep witnesses frozen as long as she likes and can switch the invulnerability off early.
