Carl's third Celestial-tier item, won from a Club Vanquisher loot box. A gold, jewel-handled brush that screams like a stadium of cheering women whenever pulled through the hair and shouts ‘Encore! Encore!’ for two minutes afterward. Usable only on a male with hair 25 cm or longer, once per day; five straight minutes of brushing grants the Shining Charisma and Speedster benefits, +25% constitution, and Level 10 Entourage for thirty hours. The +25% con boost makes it too valuable to give up, forcing Carl to keep his hair long.
