A Chee were-castor ally whose form Skarn imitates aboard Party Planner. Slated to join Carl's small Madness strike force because of his small size (ideal for a minefield), Holger instead gives his half of the teleport trap to Dong Quixote and stays behind to protect the frightened children at the castle, and Nadine, on whom he is said to be a little sweet now that she's no longer a caterpillar.
