Jelly Bombs (Rail Mines)

Tire-shaped contact mines straight out of 20th-century naval warfare: hob-lobber-stuffed tubes with a stick of hobgoblin dynamite, spike plungers (a Cookbook idea, carefully re-staged as Carl's own) and shrapnel-scored tops. The System names them after a jelly donut and refuses him invention credit. Two are enough to throw a train off its rails.
