The Nemes of Pestilence

A pet-only enchanted hat from Donut's floor-nine box backlog: a pharaoh's nemes in shiny blue and gold stripes with two wide bands hanging down either side like floppy ears, which Carl thinks looks like cheap costume-shop tat and takes anyway. Eternal Protector of Rage makes the wearing pet briefly invulnerable and doubles its strength while it is within three metres of its owner at critical health, for sixty seconds, once a day. Bringer of Death gives its bites a seventy-five percent chance of inflicting the Cruel Sepsis debuff. Mordecai confirms it is labelled a pet accessory and cannot be drained.
