The Ogre Imperium

A power from several seasons back, known to Carl only through what it left behind. Its leftovers are among the things that moved into the Pineapple Cabaret in the few days the war mages were away and their protection spells lapsed.

Book 8 appearances

• Chapter 38 — Listed by Akuma alongside old forgotten monsters, shadow mimics and unnamed remnants as what now holds the Cabaret.
• Chapter 55 — The Ogre Imperium is one of the forces overrunning the Pineapple Cabaret — a plotline binned long ago because the ogres were built intelligent enough to work out at once that they were inside a dungeon.
• Chapter 86 — The Ogre Imperium is listed among the sapient mobs alongside the Shadow Mimics, and is named again by Mitch as one of the powers contesting the dungeon's back door.
