The Cleaner Bot Plan

Splash Zone reports the casino scheme is dead — the croupier stabbed Gluteus Maxx for nothing and the harmless spaces have been swapped for punishments — and asks Carl's leave to take the audience Hamed's guards have granted him about finding his wife. Mordecai confirms the other option: the test worked on Samantha and then on sluggalos, with wrinkles he is already solving, while Rosetta Thagra warns the shop-interface half cannot be tested at all. Carl lays out what the war mages' information means — the Cleaner Bot upgrade vanished from the personal space shop because Herot holds a standing order on every unit; Menerva runs the NPCs building and occupying the Backstage Death Maze on the invisible seventeenth floor, where Growler Gary was taken from; and Herot himself is trapped inside the Pineapple Cabaret, which is overrun by the binned Ogre Imperium plotline and a shadow mimic infestation. Because Li Na's Left to Fester debuff only worsens with each floor transition, the Cabaret and the surface exit the war mages claim it has are her one chance, so Carl calls the cleaner bot plan a go — Li Na first, several crawlers after the fifth heat. Meanwhile Dwight the unicorn staggers into the bar drunk, knocks Prepotente sprawling at the DJ booth, and Imani has to get between them.
