Penelope

A level 5 Yorkshire sow racing with team One Fine Pig, round, pink and roughly five hundred pounds, with the intelligence of an ordinary pig, which the System stresses is exactly what she is and always has been. Nico and Dario are both married to her and believe she loves them equally. She was once caught by a stray Touch of Maw-Loo, so certain NPCs who see her fall helplessly in love, Taranis among them, and the System warns that hurting or killing her marks the culprit for death by the thunder god.

Book 8 appearances

• Chapter 19 — Donut spots a plain pig standing among the muscle on the hilltop; the examine text gives Penelope's level, her marriage to both Tigrans, Taranis's protection, and the stray curse that makes NPCs adore her.
• Chapter 20 — Penelope snorts suspiciously at Donut while Nico kneels beside her and threatens anyone who comes near.
