Carl Tears Off Quan Ch’s Arm

The vicious turning point of the floor. The glory-stealing crawler Quan Ch, shielded by his celestial robe and its lightning, keeps trying to kill the puppy Orthrus for the million-gold world-quest bounty, which would doom two whole bubbles. Out of options, Carl worships Emberus and hurls the Skull Empire’s Celestial Grenade at Quan: because Carl now worships him, it forcibly summons Emberus himself, who reunites with Orthrus and grants Carl 60 seconds of Divine Intervention. Carl then catches Quan on the ground and rips his entire arm off at the shoulder, looting three rings: a savage act that makes Quan a lasting enemy.
