Wrath Ghoul
The very strong end of stage two
A far more dangerous ghoul mixed in among the Festering hordes: Imani's crew pegs it as what a stage-two DTs sufferer becomes at the very end. Where Festering Ghouls are a swarm threat, Wrath Ghouls are individually powerful. They sometimes arrive already loose because their shipping cages break on the broken conveyor system.
