The Hobgoblin Interdiction Team's workhorse: a fast (5× train speed) battery-or-rail-powered repair cart fronted by a tunnel-wide 'debris scoop' that is really a switchable subspace portal. Set to abyss, it hurls every train, ghoul and crawler in its path into the pit; set to a trainyard, it teleports them safely back. Its catch is cruel: it only starts with two gnoll LEFT hands on sensor plates eight feet apart, which is why the carts mostly never ran, and why Carl needs Growler Gary's hands. The backbone of the abyss rescue.
