Trapped in an airless chamber inside Scolopendra with a pig who cannot breathe and a potion cooldown he dare not risk, Carl reaches into the carrier, finds a nipple, and installs it. It works, and an achievement flashes that the System never bothers to name.

• Chapter 95 — Carl pierces Penny's flesh with the ring inside Scolopendra so she can breathe; an unnamed achievement flashes as she squeals, and the System shows no title for it, so the catalogue records the trigger rather than inventing a name.
