Summon Ye, Vermin

Donut's spell, which instantly draws every rodent in the area to her. Cast as the finisher on the frozen lazy river, it brings a grey wave of rodents from all directions at once; the zipper shrews have to drill their way along the ice to reach her, killing everything in the path including the heat's boss, then pile against the truck's shield in their thousands until it drops into the red. It also drags in one rodent nobody wanted: Lucienne, the rival driver, pulled off her own vehicle and still charmed as she suffocates on the park's air.

• Chapter 50 — Cast as the planned finisher after the weapon chain; the shrews drill the frozen river clean, unpeel Maurice, and swamp the truck's own shield, while Lucienne answers the call and dies at the finish line.
