cyborg warlord hidden in Louis’s organs
The horrifying discovery made when Juice Box rescues Louis. The Reavers and Dream had cut Louis open and replaced his heart and lungs with mechanical organs containing biological material that is, in fact, pieces of Epitome Tagg: a cyborg like Fang who grafted himself into Louis's new biomechanical heart and lungs and was about to seize control once the brain was replaced. Tagg now controls Louis's vital organs and threatens to shut him down if anyone tries to extract him, while plotting to trade Louis's life for his own via his mother on the 18th floor.
