Timed to release just as Faction Wars ends, a pre-recorded Porthus broadcast announces the formation of a new militant organization moving against all Syndicate governmental properties and systems across the known universe, demanding the crawl be stopped by the end of the current season ‘or else.’ Directed by Rosetta and crewed from the armed Homecoming Queen, the group equips enhancement-zone power armor and breaching suits; Boomer declares it time to bring the war out of the dungeon. York is named a captain: the reborn militant face of OIPAN.
