Character · debuts Book 8, Chapter 19 — “One Fine Pig”
Pontiff
Taurin Rhythm Rider · Hired mercenary
A level 83 Taurin Rhythm Rider, a mage class that works through sound waves, listed as a hired mercenary for team One Fine Pig. He carries an oversized mallet much like the one the late Brandon used to swing; its glowing head vibrates and holds the rain and hail off whoever stands near him. Bucket Boy knows him from Damascus's club, where he danced until he was sent back to the mercenary market for being a jerk, and where he once slapped Bucket Boy for getting in the way of a routine. At the boss he floats the only plan on offer, asks the womantaurs why Corcunda is asleep, and admits to Donut that he used to be an ass.
Book 8 appearances
