Retractable Legs

The mobility upgrade Carl buys for the food truck between heats one and two: spider legs that deploy only when needed, climb walls and clear obstacles, and come with vertical climb. Hedy recommends them over the two alternatives she shortlists — the Hover Upgrade, almost twice as fast and bundled with a replacement for the truck's ancient petrol engine but with no vertical climb, and the All-Terrain-Tire Upgrade, always active and non-slip with vertical climb but costing a quarter of the truck's speed and useless once a box-shaped truck is hung up off the ground. The legs are fast but not the fastest, and are not built to run continuously.
