The Guild Add-On Room Bug
Exploit · a room the deities cannot overhear
A flaw Rosetta knows in how the dungeon's guild spaces are watched. A secondary guild add-on room, such as the party's pet stables, sits outside what the gods can observe, so god business can be discussed inside it without being overheard, which is why the eleventh-floor planning meeting is held among the mounts. The cover is narrow and worth knowing exactly: leaving a faith still will not work in there, anything permanent such as stripping out a god-given gift registers the moment the room is left, and the viewing audience sees everything regardless. It is enough for talk, and talk is what they need it for, including Samantha's claim to a hand in Geyrun's death on the previous floor.
Book 8 appearances
- Chapter 69 — The party picks the pet stables for the eleventh-floor meeting because Rosetta says a secondary guild add-on room carries an existing bug that keeps the gods from seeing what happens in it, with the limits spelled out, and Samantha's pronouncement about Geyrun is aired there as the example of what it is good for.
